RFQ for Project-Specific Prequalification of General Contractors for Morgan Shoal Revetment Reconstruction

The Public Building Commission of Chicago has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Project-Specific Prequalification of General Contractors for the Morgan Shoal Revetment Reconstruction Project.  Upon prequalification, the PBC intends to facilitate a competitive bid process whereby prequalified firms can competitively bid for work.

PRE-SUBMISSION CONFERENCE:
A NON-Mandatory Pre-Submission Conference will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Mandrake Park Fieldhouse located at 3858 South Cottage Grove Avenue, in Chicago, Illinois.  Subcontractors and suppliers are encouraged to attend.

Registration will commence at 10:30AM (CST).
