The Public Building Commission of Chicago (PBC) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for firms (including firms proposing to have a controlling interest in Joint Ventures) interested in providing Construction Management at Risk Services for AIS Capital Improvement Projects.

SUBMISSION DEADLINES
Submittals must be delivered electronically, via email, to: patricia.montenegro@cityofchicago.org by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 24, 2022.  No hard copy submissions are required nor will be accepted at the Public Building Commission of Chicago office.
