This Project is anticipated to include the construction of the Malcolm X College West Side Learning Center Addition and Renovations Project on behalf of City Colleges of Chicago.  The Project is anticipated to include but not be limited to: the addition of an existing single-story facility, interior MEP renovations to the existing 1986 facility and exterior renovations to the existing facility.  Site improvement work will also be included.
