RFP for Design-Build Services for Joint Public Safety Training Campus Phase 02 – Outdoor Scenario Structures

The PBC may award design-build contract(s) for the Project in accordance with the requirements of the Public Building Commission Act (50 ILCS 20/et seq.). Per the Act, this will be a two-phase procurement process. This two-phase process will evaluate design-build entities based on qualifications, technical approach, and cost proposals for the following design-build project:

The Project will include site preparation, design, permitting, and construction of outdoor scenario structures for training purposes for the Chicago Police Department and Chicago Fire Department.

PHASE I 

Phase I – Submission Due Date:
Proposals must be submitted by Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 11:00AM (CT) to the attention of Patricia Montenegro, Contract Officer at: patricia.montenegro@cityofchicago.org. Hardcopy submissions must be addressed and delivered to: Patricia Montenegro, Contract Officer, Public Building Commission of Chicago, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 W. Washington Street, Room 200, Chicago, IL 60602.

Phase I – Pre-Submission Conference:
On Friday, July 30, 2021, PBC will host a Non-Mandatory Pre-Submission Conference at 11:00 a.m. on the following virtual meeting platform.
