This Project is part of the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Projects being developed on behalf of the City of Chicago’s Department of Fleet and Facility Management (2FM) and Chicago Public Library (CPL).  Work is anticipated to include interior renovations to an existing facility and site improvements, including but not limited to:  Exterior scope for roof repairs and replacement, façade selective tuck-pointing, exterior signage, exit stair well enclosures, ADA flatwork, and associated site improvements.  Interior scope for ADA signage, ceiling and wall repairs, restroom upgrades, new staff lounge, new exterior doors/frame/hardware, new circulation desk, new BAS system, new mechanical system, and new folding operable partition.
