The PBC Board has approved a Partial Undertaking Request from the Board of Education for a new project at John T. McCutcheon Elementary School. This project includes the construction of a new annex as well as improvements to the existing school and campus.
McCutcheon is a community school in the Uptown community. The school is named in honor of John Tinney McCutcheon, a Pulitzer Prize-winning American newspaper political cartoonist known as the “Dean of American Cartoonists.”
