This project will implement the new CPS Urban Model High School (UMHS) prototypical design to serve 1200 students. This 200,000 SF, three floors plus lower level, steel frame and masonry construction building will include music, art, and athletic functions. The school will be located near the future Southwest Area Middle School, and is anticipated to open in Fall 2010.

LEED Features: This project has a target goal of LEED “Silver” certification, including 50% green roof.
