Site MaintenancePBC Demolition Contract

Type of Work: Site maintenance services, including weed, snow and accumulated refuse removal, for various project sites owned by the PBC.

Bid Opening:Sealed responses shall be submitted and received at the Public Building Commission, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington, Room 200 until 2:00 p.m. October 29, 2004, and then and there publicly opened. Note: the date of the bid opening has been changed.

Pre-Bid Meeting:A pre-bid meeting will be held Friday, October 15, 2004, 2:00 p.m. Conference Room 201, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged for all proposers. When attending a meeting in the Daley Center allow for extra time to pass through the building’s security screening.

Contract Documents: Project locations and specifications are available at the offices of Cotter Consulting, Inc., 150 South Wacker Drive, Suite 420.

Bids received after the announced date and time for the bid opening will not be accepted.

Bids must be submitted on PBC documents provided by Cotter Consulting, Inc.

Cotter Consulting, Inc. on behalf of the PBC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
