Program and Project Controls Services

The Public Building Commission of Chicago (PBC) is seeking qualifications and proposals from firms with demonstrable qualifications and capability to provide the PBC with Program and Project Controls (Controls) Services.

The intent of this RFQ/P is to identify a Consultant to provide professional guidance, analysis, and recommendations to assist PBC staff in budget, cost, schedule, and reporting processes related to the management of the Programs and Projects delivered by the PBC on behalf of our clients. The goal of the selected Consultant shall be to provide Program and Project Controls Services (Services) and delivery of work products that will enable the PBC to meet its Program and Project objectives. The selected Consultant will utilize the PBC’s existing Controls Applications in order to achieve this goal. In addition, the Consultant must have substantial experience in, and comprehensive knowledge of, Program and Project Controls required to execute the Services.
