CONTRACT DETAILS
The Public Building Commission of Chicago is soliciting Statement of Qualifications and Financial Condition (SOQ) from General Contractors (including firms proposing to have a controlling interest in Joint Ventures) to be pre-qualified to bid as a General Contractor for the following projects:
- Henry D. Lloyd Elementary School Artificial Turf, 2103 North Lamon Avenue
- Douglas Park Artificial Turf, 1401 South Sacramento Drive
- Rosenblum Park Development, 1655 East 75th Street
Submittals Due: Qualification submittals must be delivered by 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 9, 2012 to the attention of Rosalinda Castillo, Public Building Commission, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington, Room 200.
