General Construction Work for Five Projects
Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for General Construction Work from General Contractor’s (including firms proposing to have a controlling interest in General Contractor Joint Ventures) with demonstrated experience as a General Contractor constructing schools or other projects of similar complexity, type and size with construction costs in the excess of $25,000,000 for the following projects:
- Boone Clinton Area Elementary School, 6700 N Whipple
- Powell ReplacementElementary School, 75th & South Shore
- Lee Pasteur Hurley Area Elementary School, 67th & Keating
- Avondale/Irving Park Area Elementary School, Springfield & Milwaukee
- Brighton Park I Area Elementary School, 38th & St. Louis
