Construction Material Testing & Inspection Servicesfor Various Projects

The PBC is soliciting qualifications and proposals from firms or teams interested in providing all aspects of Material Testing & Inspection Services on PBC project phases. A pre-qualified pool of Construction Material Testing and Inspection Agencies (CMT) will be selected to provide, on a Task Order basis, specific testing and inspection services, such as, but not limited to, earthwork, asphalt, concrete, masonry, metals, finishes, and fireproofing/fire-resistive materials.

Submission Due Date: Qualification Submittals must be delivered by Friday, November 30, 2009 at 2:00 pm to the Public Building Commission of Chicago, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington Street, Room 200, Chicago, IL 60602.

Requests for Interpretation: Every request for interpretation must be made in writing, by email to Esmeralda.Soto@cityofchicago.org and/or addressed to the Public Building Commission of Chicago 50 West Washington Street Chicago, Illinois 60602, Attention: Esmeralda R. Soto – Senior Contract Officer. Questions received less than seven calendar days prior to the due date and time may be answered at the discretion of the Public Building Commission of Chicago. The interpretations, if any, will be issued in writing and added to this ad.
