Comprehensive Digital Construction
Document Printing Services
The Public Building Commission of Chicago is soliciting Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/P) from firms experienced in providing Comprehensive Digital Construction Document Printing Services. The Commission requires cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of construction blue printing services. The Commission plans to identify a pool of qualified, cost effective firms from which it may select one or more firms to provide full service in-house comprehensive digital construction printing services to the Commission.
Submittals Due: Submissions must be delivered by Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 12:00 PM (CST) to the attention of Rusty Castillo, Public Building Commission of Chicago, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 W. Washington Street, Room 200, Chicago, IL 60602.
Pre-Submittal Meeting:
A Pre-Submittal Meeting to be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at 10:00am in the 2nd Floor Boardroom, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington Street.

Requests for Interpretation:
Every request for such interpretation must be made in writing, received no later than Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at 12:00 PM (local time), addressed to the Public Building Commission of Chicago, 50 West Washington Street Chicago, Illinois 60602, ATTENTION: Rosalinda “Rusty” Castillo, Deputy Director of Procurement, and emailed to rusty.castillo@cityofchicago.org. The interpretations, if any, will be issued in writing which, if issued, will be posted below not later than Friday, August 23, 2013 at 2:00 PM (local time).
The PBC will not be liable for Respondent’s failure to obtain or download any addenda issued this request for qualifications/proposals.
