Project Name: Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Architect of Record Services for Chicago Public Schools- High Schools PS1167. Type of Work: The PBC is soliciting qualifications from firms interested in providing professional services as Architect of Record for Chicago Public Schools (CPS) – High Schools. The Architect of Record is responsible for implementing the PBC’s prototypical design as developed by the Design Architect. Firms should have recent experience in the design and construction administration of high schools or higher education facilities which include a natatorium and performing arts amenities. Requests For Interpretation: Requests for interpretation must be received no later than Friday, March 7, 2008 at 1:00 PM. Every request for such interpretation must be made in writing, addressed to the Public Building Commission of Chicago 50 West Washington Street Chicago, Illinois 60602, Attention: Deborah Burton – Director of Procurement, and emailed to bids@pbcchicago.com. The interpretations, if any, will be issued in writing which, if issued, will be posted below.Submission Due Date: Qualification Submittals must be delivered by Thursday, March 20, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. to the PBC, Richard J.
