2016 Prequalification of General Contractors for Various Projects

The Public Building Commission of Chicago has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the 2016 Prequalification of General Contractors for Various Projects

Submission Due Date:
Submittals must be delivered by Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at 4:00PM (CST) to the attention of Patricia Montenegro, Public Building Commission of Chicago, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington Street, Room 200, Chicago, IL 60602.

Mandatory Pre-Submission Conference:
A mandatory pre-submission conference will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, 10:00 AM at The Renaissance Collaborative, 3757 South Wabash. The Mandatory Pre-Submission Conference will be directly followed by a Contractor’s Workshop. Registration will commence at 9:30AM (CST). Failure to attend mandatory Pre-Submission Conference may deem firm ineligible to be prequalified under this solicitation.
