The Department of Central Management Services has received notice from Governor Quinn’s Office that all persons or entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act are to fly the flags at half-staff in honor and remembrance of:
The 50th Anniversary of the Assassination of President John F. Kennedy
The Governor has also encouraged people across Illinois to reflect on the legacy of President Kennedy with a moment of silence at 1 p.m.
