Vigilant Solutions will provide for the purchase and installation of the Vigilant License Plate Recognition (LPR) software application to a limited number of servers and mobile LPR systems, which will allow for database management and alarming of OVS LPR camera data from CPD vehicles and handheld devices. It will also allow for the federation of other city owned LPR servers providing an LPR data management system that allows access to all available Vigilant subscriber LPR databases.
