PBC Alert 09-012 The PBC is seeking to receive qualifications from Traffic Study Consulting Firms (including Joint Venture firms) capable of providing all required services, on a Task Order basis, to complete the traffic study of the assigned project during the planning or design phases for public facilities. The Traffic Study Consultant is to complete a study on the traffic-related impacts of locating the proposed facilities at the project sites. Firms must demonstrate qualifications, experience and past performance.
