A qualified pool of Environmental Consultants will be selected to supplement the existing pool of Consultants to provide, on a Task Order basis, experience and past performance in all phases of the following categories: Category A: Phase I Environmental Site Assessments; Category B: Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and Category C: Environmental Design and Construction Management Oversight Services.
