RFQ for Design Architect for Landscape & Site Design Services

PBC Alert 10-016 The Public Building Commission of Chicago is soliciting qualifications from firms experienced in acting as a Design Architect providing landscape architecture and site development design services for projects such as campus parks, playgrounds and parks developed through the PBC. Landscape Architect firms must demonstrate relevant and recent private/public experience (last 5 years) in the Chicago-land area. The landscape architect and their consultants will be responsible for performing a full range of program-level and project-level landscape architecture and site design services, which may include: landscape and site design peer review, lessons learned and case study management, participation in City of Chicago Landscape Committees, maintaining landscape guidelines and standards, as well as project-level programming, design, bid and award services, construction administration and project close-out services.
