PBC Alert 14-011 The Public Building Commission of Chicago is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Management Services for Edwards Elementary School Annex. Annex The Project includes the construction of a three story 50,000 square foot annex and associated site development (the “Annex”) and select interior renovations. The Project will also include a new parking lot, removal of existing modular units, landscaping and storm water management. The Project will provide Edwards Elementary School with capacity to serve an additional 540 students. A Pre-Submission conference for this project shall be held at the Public Building Commission, 50 W. Washington, Room 200, Chicago, IL 60602 on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at 2:00pm.
