RFQ for Building Needs Assessment and Preventative Maintenance Plan Services for Existing Facilities

PBC Alert 12-002 The PBC is soliciting qualifications from firms, or teams of firms, experienced in performing building assessments, evaluation services and preventative maintenance plans for existing facilities. Firms must demonstrate relevant and recent experience (last 5 years) on various building-types. Firms will be responsible for performing a full range of building evaluations and assessments, including life safety, ADA, preventative maintenance and program specific needs. Firms may also be required to recommend prioritization of resultant projects, provide estimating services and holistic preventative maintenance services.
