PBC Alert 06-007 The Public Building Commission of Chicago invites the submission of qualifications to provide Program Management Office (PMO) Services for the PBC. The required services will include Program Management, Project Management and Design Management services and the development and implementation of cost and program control systems and associated policies and procedures as requested by the Executive Director. Firms or teams that have demonstrated experience in the area(s) specified and are interested in providing such services to the PBC are hereby invited to respond to this Request for Qualifications. A pre-submittal conference will be held Thursday, July 13, 2006 at 2:00 pm in the 2nd Floor Board Room of the Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington. Contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers that are interested in this RFQ are invited to attend to meet other firms that are similarly interested. Firms preparing responses and/or subcontracting are encouraged to attend. After the pre-submittal conference, a list of firms attending the conference will be added to the Web site ad.
