Jones College Preparatory High School Informational Session

PBC Alert 11-007 Bovis Lend Lease, teamed with Scale Construction, Brown & Momen and UrbanWorks, is contracted to the Public Building Commission to provide Construction Management at Risk services for construction of the new William Jones College Preparatory High School located at 700 South State Street. The target budget is $75 million with a school opening date of September, 2013. Trade packages will be bid to prequalified subcontractors. The Bovis team along with the PBC is actively encouraging participation in the current prequalification and bid opportunities for the following trade packages as follows:

  • concrete,
  • spray on fireproofing,
  • precast,
  • metal panels, and
  • masonry (interior and exterior).

The PBC and Bovis Lend Lease are announcing an informational session for sub-contractors interested in participating in the current prequalification and bid opportunities. The session will be held Wednesday, April 6, 2011 in CL115, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington for 10 am to Noon. The purpose of the meeting will be to review the scope of work, prequalification and bid process.
