This project will include design and renovations to portions of the existing Library Facility at Kennedy-King College to create nursing laboratories, classrooms, and accompanying student learning and experimenting spaces. Additional work may consist of upgrades to the mechanical systems and associated work for the existing library and new functions of the nursing program.
Prospective but not limited to the following trades performing work on this project are asbestos, carpenters, cement masons, ceramic tile finishers, ceramic tile layers, electricians, elevator constructors, glaziers, laborers, painters, pipefitters, plumbers, and roofers.
