The Honorable Dorothy Brown, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County Illinois and the Clerkâs Office of African American Employees Committee is hosting an awards program celebrating 10 African American Community Treasures. The event includes an awards presentation, entertainment from the Hip Hop Legends and The Clerk of the Circuit Court Ensemble.
