The Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County presents Chair Yoga with Allison Wilmes. Chair yoga is a great way for individuals of all fitness levels to stretch and strengthen their bodies. Other than a chair, no special equipment is needed. The session will end with a guided relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and energized.
