The Illinois Secretary of State Veterans Advisory Council presents the commemoration of the signing of the United States Constitution and recognize all who have sworn to defend it. The program will be led by Alderman Jim Balcer and include the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) naturalization ceremony presided over by Judge Samuel Der-Yeghiayan, keynote speaker Secretary of State Jesse White followed by the U.S. Navy Band.
