TERM CONTRACT-Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. to provide Building Needs Assessment & Preventative Maintenance Plan Services for Existing Facilities for the PBC. The total contract value for each contract is a not to exceed amount of $2,500,000 for a three (3) yr. term with (2) one yr. option to renew.
