PBC Alert 10-002 The PBC and Turner Construction Co. are soliciting qualifications from firms to perform four bid packages: Landscaping, Roofing, Spray On Fireproofing and Gypsum Board Partitions, Plaster and Ceilings for the Ogden Replacement Elementary School Project. Firms seeking pre-qualification must demonstrate experience on private and public projects of comparable size, scope and complexity. Firms must have at least five years experience performing the work referenced above work in the Chicagoland area. The qualification process will include completing a Pre-Qualification Checklist, completing a Subcontractor/Vendor Prequalification Statement, and review and acknowledgement of the Site Specific Procedure Manual.
