PBC Alert 11-006 The Public Building Commission of Chicago is soliciting Statement of Qualifications and Financial Condition (SOQ) from General Contractors (including firms proposing to have a controlling interest in Joint Ventures) to be pre-qualified to bid as a General Contractor for the following three projects:
- Henderson Elementary School Renovation, 5650 South Wolcott
- Peck Elementary School Renovation, 3826 West 58th Street
- Dunbar Career Academy Renovation, 3000 S. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
