PBC Alert: 11-011 The PBC is offering a Networking Session for Job Order Contracting (JOC) on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon as part of the PBC’s “Building Community” initiative. The purpose of the Session is to provide an overview of the JOC Program, introduce the Prequalified General Contractors to the sub-contractor and supplier community, identify potential sub-contracting opportunities and provide a forum for PBC’s Pre-Qualified General Contractors to meet the many interested subcontractors and suppliers. The Session will be held at Dawson Technical Institute which is located at 3901 South State Street. A tour of the facilities will begin at 9:00am, the Informational Program will be held at 10:00 a.m. with the Networking Session to follow. Free parking and refreshments will be provided.
