PBC Alert 12-004 The Public Building Commission of Chicago (PBC) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Property Management firms interested in providing property management services at the Richard J. Daley Center located at 50 West Washington Street. The Richard J. Daley Center is occupied by Cook County courts, Cook County Sheriff, States Attorney of Cook County, City of Chicago Department of Innovation and Technology and PBC. The Richard J. Daley Center is a 47-year old, thirty-story office building containing a total of 1,465,723 square feet located on approximately 122,700 square feet of land.
