PBC Alert 13-002 The Public Building Commission of Chicago is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and Financial Condition from Contractors (including firms proposing to have a controlling interest in Joint Ventures) to be pre-qualified to bid as a Contractor for the new construction of Albany Park Branch Library, located at 5150 North Kimball Avenue. Eligible Respondents must possess verifiable past experience and demonstrate successful past performance of comparable public or private projects with construction costs of more than $8,000,000. Verifiable past experience must demonstrate respondent’s ability to coordinate project activities. Respondents who previously submitted their response to the Albany Park Branch Library SOQ issued on December 7, 2012 may elect to sign the No Change in Material form found in the revised SOQ dated January 11, 2013. Respondent must sign the No Change in Material form only if the Respondent wishes to remain as a respondent and confirm by signature that no changes have been made since its original response.
