PBC Alert 15-016 The Public Building Commission of Chicago has invited the eight firms which have been pre-qualified to bid on Contracts C1570A, C1570B and C1570C. Project includes providing and upgrading electrical infrastructure and service, as required, to bring power to the window air conditioners (ACs) as part of a 2015 CPS Air-Conditioning Program. Work to be performed in conformity with CPS construction standards (including standards for environmental abatement and or mitigation as required). The window ACs will be provided under a separate procurement. After the pre-bid meeting, a list of firms attending will be added to the Web site ad. Sealed bids shall be received at the Public Building Commission, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington, Room 200, until 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 16, 2015, at which time they will be publicly opened.
