The Project scope will include but not be limited to: the addition of an existing single-story facility, interior MEP renovations to the existing 1986 facility and exterior renovations to the existing facility. Site improvement work will also be included.
Prospective but not limited to the following trades performing work on this project are asbestos, carpenter, cement mason, laborers, electricians, plumbers, sheet metal workers, truck drivers, operating engineers.
