The Public Building Commission of Chicago (PBC) has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Project-Specific Prequalification of General Contractors for the Morgan Shoal Revetment Reconstruction Project. Upon prequalification, the PBC intends to facilitate a competitive bid process whereby pre-qualified firms can competitively bid for work.
This project is the latest phase of the Chicago Shoreline Protection Project, a long-term shoreline reconstruction project undertaken by the Chicago Department of Transportation, the Chicago Park District, and The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
