Bid Opening:Sealed responses shall be submitted and received by Cotter Consulting for the Public Building Commission, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington, Room 200 until 10:00 a.m. February 13, 2003, and then and there publicly opened.
Pre-Bid Meeting:A pre-bid meeting will be held Thursday, January 30, 2003, 10:00 a.m. 2nd Floor Board Room, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged for all proposers. When attending a meeting in the Daley Center allow for extra time to pass through the building’s security screening. Following the pre-bid meeting there will be a site visit.
Contract Documents: Copies of the forms of Contract Documents including the Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Special Conditions and Specifications are on file at Cotter Construction, 150 South Wacker, Suite 420..

Bids must be submitted on PBC documents provided by Cotter Consulting, Inc.
Bids received after the announced date and time for the bid opening will not be accepted.
