FPDCC Beaubien Woods Boat Launch Restroom and Utilities

The project consists of the construction of a new pre-fabricated restroom facility and associated site improvements and utilities at the Beaubien Woods Boat Launch located at 950 East 134th Street (Ward 10).

FPDCC Restroom Rehabilitation Districtwide (Busse Woods & Dan Ryan Woods)

The project consists of the renovation of existing restroom facilities by use for the patrons of Busse Woods (E. Higgins Road/Rte. 72, East of I-290/Hwy. 53 in unincorporated Cook County) and Dan Ryan Woods (S. Western Avenue and W. 78th Street in Wards 18 and 19).

The proposed renovation scope to the existing restrooms will include at a minimum: reroofing, providing barrier free access, new doors, lighting, flooring, and replacement of any nonfunctioning or damaged elements.  Complete cosmetic upgrades at select restroom facilities may include replacement of existing dividing cmu walls with new toilet partitions, new finishes and all new fixtures and accessories.  Potable water will also be provided through UV water treatment at four facilities in Busse Woods.

FPDCC Metal Buildings – McGinnis Field Station

The Project consists of the construction of a New Metal Building for vehicle and storage use. The project also includes the removal of the existing shed, minor renovations at existing Field Station and Lab buildings, site improvements, and upgrade to existing electrical service.

The Project is located at 13700 South 110th Avenue in Orland Park, Illinois.
